Big Little Campers Limited - Cancellation Policy

We know travel plans can shift. That’s why we keep our cancellation policy clear, simple, and as fair as possible.

Your cancellation terms depend on whether you have added Flexible Booking to your reservation.

Flexible Booking

Flexible Booking is an optional add-on that can be added at the time of confirming your reservation for an additional $250 fee. It gives you more flexibility if your plans change before travel.

With Flexible Booking, you can cancel up to 7 days before pick-up with no cancellation fees.

If you cancel at least 7 days before pick-up, Big Little Campers will refund your booking costs, excluding:

• The $250 Flexible Booking fee
• Any card or payment processing fees

Flexible Booking is non-refundable, valid once per booking, and must be added at the time of booking.

Flexible Booking does not apply:

• Within 7 days of pick-up
• In the event of a no-show
• To any fees or charges that are listed as non-refundable

Standard Cancellation Terms

If Flexible Booking has not been added to your reservation, the following cancellation terms apply:‍

Booking Cancellations

If a booking is cancelled:

• 35 to 20 days before the agreed pick-up date: 50% of the total hire fee is payable.
• 19 to 7 days before the agreed pick-up date: 75% of the total hire fee is payable.
• 6 days or less before the agreed pick-up date, or on the day of pick-up: no refund will be provided.

Reducing the Length of a Booking

If the length of a booking is reduced after confirmation:

• 21 days or more before the agreed pick-up date: no fee applies.
• 8 to 20 days before the agreed pick-up date: 50% of the hire fee for the cancelled days is payable.
• 7 days or less before the agreed pick-up date: 100% of the hire fee for the cancelled days is payable.\

Uncollected Vehicles

If a vehicle has not been collected within 24 hours of the confirmed collection time and Big Little Campers has not been notified of any change in travel plans, the vehicle may be reallocated.

No-Shows

If you do not collect your campervan on the confirmed pick-up date and have not contacted Big Little Campers before your trip begins, this will be treated as a no-show.

Standard cancellation charges will apply, and Flexible Booking does not apply to no-shows.

Date Changes

If you need to change your travel dates, please contact Big Little Campers as early as possible.

Date changes are subject to availability and any difference in seasonal pricing.

Government-Enforced Travel or Fuel Restrictions

If government-enforced travel restrictions or fuel restrictions directly impact travel in the country of pick-up, customers may be eligible for additional flexibility.

Where applicable, Big Little Campers may offer one or more of the following:

• Move travel dates within the next 12 months, subject to availability and seasonal pricing
• Provide a credit toward future travel
• Offer additional flexibility at Big Little Campers’ discretion

Any approved changes must be made before the trip start date.

This policy applies only where government-imposed restrictions directly impact travel.

Travel Agents or Third-Party Bookings

If your booking was made through a travel agent, reseller, or third-party platform, please contact them directly to discuss cancellation or amendment options.

Their own booking terms may apply.
